The focus was on real business cases and the joint search for applied digital solutions for Ukrainian small and medium-sized industrial enterprises.
Participants discussed:
• digitalization of industrial processes;
• the use of AI agents in manufacturing;
• financing of technological projects;
• scaling solutions and cooperation with international networks.
The sectoral focus included the food industry, mechanical engineering, engineering services, and the defense industry. Attention was also given to cross-sectoral areas such as industrial asset management, circular manufacturing, AI, and big data processing.
A separate part of the program was a visit to the laboratories of the Sikorsky Challenge Additive Technologies Science Park, which served as an example of synergy between education, science, business, and socially significant initiatives, particularly in the fields of additive manufacturing technologies and medical prosthetics.
The event was organized by the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) Kyiv HiTech consortium, which includes Centre 4.0 KPI DIH at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
