Our team continually embraces innovation and advances its professional expertise: over the past three months alone, our employees have completed two professional development courses.

One of them was the intensive course “Artificial Intelligence Training: From Basic Prompts to AI Agents.” Through hands-on activities, we explored how AI can be integrated into engineering and research and development (R&D) processes.

Key areas of focus included:

🔹 Prompt Engineering and Automation: progressing from everyday interactions with ChatGPT and Gemini to configuring autonomous AI agents for multi-step tasks.

🔹 Technological Reliability: exploring methods for identifying and mitigating AI model hallucinations.

🔹 Ethics and Research: examining the principles of academic integrity when using AI.

These new competencies enable us to transform ideas into advanced technological products and prototypes even faster. Artificial intelligence does not replace people — it becomes a powerful tool in the hands of our engineers! 🚀
