The Ukrainian Week has published an article about the work of the Sikorsky Challenge Additive Manufacturing Science Park.
The article explores how university research, engineering, and additive technologies help address the real needs of veterans.
Our Science Park brings together engineers, researchers, lecturers, students, and veterans who work on solutions in the fields of prosthetics and rehabilitation.
3D scanning, CAD modelling, additive manufacturing, and the development of orthoses and personalized components—behind every technology is a real person and a specific challenge to be addressed.
At the same time, veterans become employees of the Science Park and members of its research community: they acquire new skills, work on their own projects, and develop solutions for people with similar experiences.
📖 We sincerely thank Olena Miroshnychenko and The Ukrainian Week for the opportunity to share more about our team and the work of the Science Park.
