The team of the Additive Technologies Science Park continues to strengthen its expertise in the field of modern industrial 3D printing and post-processing technologies.

The park’s specialists successfully completed specialized training provided by Dyemansion and received international certificates in the following areas:

• Print-to-Product Training for the Dyemansion Powerfuse S
• Print-to-Product Training for the Dyemansion DM60

The training covered the full Print-to-Product workflow — from working with materials and technologies such as VaporFuse Surfacing and DeepDye Coloring to production process setup, quality assessment, parameter optimization, and basic troubleshooting.

This training was conducted within the framework of cooperation between the Science Park and the Educational and Research Mechanical Engineering Institute as part of the project “Expansion of the Additive Manufacturing Center with Equipment for Digitization and Post-Processing of Printed Parts.”

Funding is provided under the Government of the Czech Republic program “Programme of Humanitarian, Stabilization, Reconstruction and Economic Assistance for Ukraine 2023–2025.”

The acquired knowledge will enable the Science Park team to implement modern additive technologies even more effectively in the fields of biomedical engineering, prosthetics, rehabilitation, and innovative manufacturing.

Dyemansion technologies open new opportunities for:
— professional post-processing of 3D-printed parts;
— improving the mechanical and aesthetic properties of products;
— serial production of functional components;
— creating high-quality solutions for medicine and rehabilitation.

The Sikorsky Challenge Additive Technologies Science Park is actively developing areas such as additive manufacturing, 3D scanning, digital modeling, and innovative solutions for prosthetics.

Continuous team training and cooperation with international technology partners are important steps toward establishing a powerful European-level additive technologies center in Ukraine.
